Mer Betta price reduction on tails

It has been 3 years since I last created a new product for Mer Betta. Still, I would see an occasional sale so I couldn't really take it all down entirely.

To keep up with the market value of the old tails, I've reduced all tails and associated accessories by 50%. I also reduced the Simplicity gowns by more than 50%. I might reduce the prices more eventually.

I might also get rid of my inworld store altogether and just keep everything in the Marketplace. We'll see.
